A couple of quick portraits at work. Today was children in need, so Deb decided to come to work in her PJ's. Sadly she was the only one which made her look like a cross between a bewildered mental patient and a sad clown.
We set up a fake scientists laboratory at the college complete with eerie music and creepy lighting. The project set for the students was called "The Appliance of Science" and this installation was intended to get their creativity flowing. We had different coloured liquids transfering from one container to another, mixing into different colours as they went, as well as pumps to get the liquids bubbling. We even set up a wall of interactive oscilloscopes.
Phil Taylor (above) brought in his old battered MZ as inspiration to the students during their upcoming "transport" project. I managed to steal a few shots with my pentax and wide angle lens.
