Spent the day scribbling on negatives in a similar style to Ralph Steadmans Paranoids with Gogol Bordello on the stereo. For future refrence, my funeral song will be 'Baro Foro' by Gogol Bordello.
I've got a monitor upturned as a lightbox and one of those magnifiers from the science lab. i just used markers pens, highlighters and a knife for scratching onto the negatives. Its interesting trying to get the colours right as its all reversed. All the white scribbles are done with a black CD marker. Next step is incorporating it into the animations. :)
