Sam and her work colleagues wen't down to London for the SWPP Photography convention and I tagged along for the ride. I was slightly sceptical at first, and i didn't know what to expect. I always thought negatively towards wedding photography as a buisness and expected a stale corporate affair. I was completely wrong, it was informative, practical and completely inspirational. I attended seminars from Damian Mcgillicuddy, Brett Harkness and The Yerbury's, but the highlight for me was a retrospective of the work of John Swannell. His stories were funny and inspiring and it was a great pleasure to be in the presence of such an accomplished photographer. These pics are from the hotel that we stayed in.
